As your move in date approaches, please insure that you have the following documents
and payments completed and excepted by our office to insure a smooth move in experience:
PAYMENTS
1st Months Rent Payment. DUE BY: July 1st, 2011
- Your first months rent is due in full and you will receive a pro-rated amount for
your next months rent upon move in.
- ALL PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE BY VISITING THIS LINK
MOVE IN DAY
After your first month's rent is received, you will be contacted by your move in
coordinator with detailed move in information.
LEASING DOCUMENTS
2- Guarantor Application & Agreement
- Complete by visiting www.On-Site.com
and clicking "Apply Now". Please make sure to click Guarantor as the applicant type.
- Guarantor Agreement will be emailed to all guarantors after ALL applications have
been submitted per the lease.

If not submitted during lease signing
