HOLDING AND LEASING AN APARTMENT

Hold Process

If you are interested in HOLDING an apartment with STUHO and are in the LA County Area, you will need to complete the following:

You must come into the office to complete and sign the hold form.
You must provide an initial deposit of $250 (Up to 4-Bedrooms) or $500 (5-Bedrooms+) which is fully refundable within 3 days. This fee can be left via credit or checking information. The deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE After 3 days.

To cancel your hold, you must come in to the office the last day of your hold or sooner to physically collect your intital deposit and hold form. The hold form with your credit or checking information must be voided by a STUHO representative. You will receive a copy of your voided hold form.

Leasing Process

If you are interested in LEASING an apartment with STUHO and are in the LA County Area, you will need to complete the following:

Prior to coming in, have your guarantor fill out the guarantor application online at the following addess: ________________________________________. Visit On-Site.com and click on “Apply Now.” Type in “Stuho” and the address will appear. Be sure to specify the correct property address and click, “guarantor” rather than individual.
When you come into the office, please bring:

The Security Deposit of $500 per person in either Cashier's Check or Money Order. This check must be made payable to __________________________, owner of the property, where you will be leasing.Please ask your leasing agent and make sure you are making the check out for the correct person. (For some properties, you may be able to pay the Security Deposit electronically.)
Credit/Debit Card for the $40 Application Fee
An ID Card or Passport: This must be faxed/scanned/emailed or brought to the office.

At the office you will be instructed to fill out an electronic application. In order to submit your application you will need to pay the $40 application fee through our online system.
Once you have completed the application, you will complete an electronic lease agreement in our office. Your guarantor will also need to sign an electronic agreement which will be sent to them via our email system.
