- 12 Weeks Focus:Leasing, Touring, Customer Service, Marketing Campaigns, Gorilla Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, Study Market Survey, Learn sales process of a scattered portfolio with over 150+ floor-plans, Conduct open houses

- Opportunity to be mentor by our Area Manager.
- 12 Weeks Focus: Brainstorming Project, Budgeting Project, Planning, Executing, Learning Turn Process, Key Packets, Move in Packets, Creating Processes, collect data & make observations to create property enhancement plans.
