Stuho provides off-campus student housing management and apartment rental search services near the University of Southern California (USC). Through the Site, users can search available floor plans, request pricing, join housing waitlists, submit inquiry forms, and access third-party resident portals (RentCafe) for rental applications, lease management, maintenance, and rent payment functions.


2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old or possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under California law. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.


3. Account Registration and Tenant Portals

To submit rental applications or manage tenancy, you may be directed to our third-party resident portal operated by RentCafe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.


4. Acceptable Use Restrictions

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of federal, state, or local laws.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information on inquiry forms, waitlist sign-ups, or rental applications.

6. Third-Party Links and Integrated Tools

Our Site incorporates third-party software tools and links to external sites, including RentCafe for property management and rental processing, Google reCAPTCHA for form security, Google Analytics for performance tracking, Meta Pixel for ad measurement, and social media platforms.

Stuho Inc. does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or security of third-party platforms. Your interactions with third-party tools are governed by the respective terms and privacy notices of those third parties.

Listings, floor plans, pricing, move-in dates, special offers, and amenity information displayed on the Site are provided for general informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Displaying a unit on the Site does not constitute a legal offer to lease or a guarantee of availability. A lease agreement is formed only when a formal written lease contract is fully executed by all parties.
