Our application process is entirely digital and can be completed in about 10 minutes. You will need a government-issued ID and contact information for a guarantor (typically a parent or guardian). Applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours once all residents and their guarantors have submitted their documentation.
Most residents require a guarantor to qualify, especially if they do not meet the minimum credit score (typically 650+) or income requirements independently.
